Well here we go: I am a field/office project manager with and at times, program management responsibilities. Prior to Jacob; I filled in and/or held other roles such as, assistant director of operations, business development manager, and also build from the ground up various programs, and created process improvement recommendations to mention just a few. I am no stranger to hands on hard work as well having worked more hours in many positions in the hierarchy of the building and erection fields. I have experience in many industries such as, residential, commercial, mission critical, healthcare, and hospitality. I also have heavy highway and bridge erection, military, marine and underwater project execution skills, all to be a well rounded individual. I am passionate about learning while growing and trying to be an inspiration to others. I am a positive but realistic person, I have a solution based approach to managing the projects in my charge while welcoming new ideas and challenges. I work hard to stay current with the industry and I am not afraid of working in any environment, new or not. I treat others with respect and try my best to provide opportunity to others as a mentor and manager of others. The last 5.4 yrs have been with Jacob’s in many industries and roles, but still working towards being a more engaged and integral member of leadership. I am working towards growth and continued success no matter the challenges I may be faced with.
