I’m a higher education executive, scholar, and practitioner with over 20 years of experience driving enrollment growth, student success, and policy innovation across diverse institutional settings. I serve as President and CEO of AdmissionPros, LLC, a leading EdTech firm that partners with colleges and universities to implement data-driven enrollment solutions, enhance student success, and strengthen institutional capacity. My work sits at the intersection of technology, equity, and policy—focused on dismantling systemic barriers and creating pathways for underrepresented students to access and thrive in higher education. I’ve led cross-functional teams, built strategic partnerships, and secured over $9 million in funding to support college readiness, workforce development, and institutional transformation. Holding a Master’s degree in Higher Education from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Claflin University, my research focuses on Black student success at predominantly white institutions (PWIs), inclusive enrollment management strategies, and racial equity in postsecondary policy. I am passionate about translating research into practice—equipping institutions with the tools and insights needed to make bold, student-centered decisions.
