I have substantial experience at the VP and Director levels building and managing highly productive infrastructure, software, and service delivery organizations with a focus on IT strategy, enterprise architecture, software engineering, infrastructure, and modernization / transformation. I am committed to driving continuous improvement and have helped grow Acuity Brands, North America’s lighting and controls market leader, from a $600M to $4B+ company during my tenure. Most recently, I led a tech reinvestment and modernization initiative to transform Acuity's network, compute and storage platforms and hybrid cloud hosting environment. Concurrently, I led the evaluation and revitalization of Acuity’s application portfolio focusing on tech debt reduction, software security improvements, and reliability and performance improvements while instituting a modern delivery process and technology stack.
