I have a solid reputation both internally and externally at how well I manage my National Copy Executive role. I ensure that all instructions and issues are dealt with, in a professional, accurate and speedy manner to ensure that the client can receive what they have requested. I have on occasions had to see both sides, internally and externally so that any issues that need resolving doesn't affect the wellbeing of either the business I work for or the external client, so I try and get the best result for both. On many occasions I am trusted to speak both externally and internally with members of staff of a more senior level and have built some good relationships on that, in that over the years I have been entrusted to use my own initiative to solve any problems in a very professional manner. I have done a few presentations as well, so quite comfortable on gathering together information, putting it into a powerpoint presentation and delivering what is needed to get the information across so that it is clear and understandable. I am very quick, and accurate in the role I do as it is very fast paced, but as the need to be 100% correct in delivery. Deadlines are also integral in my role and I have to meet them daily. The ability to be able to work 2 mailboxes accurately also has its challenges but again I face them head first and continue to be able to be 100% in my role. I am currently gaining experience in Data Analytics, as currently I have basic knowledge, but feel my experience will push my quite far in this new venture. Key Achievements: I have passed the exam on LinkedIn for Data Visualization for Marketers Many courses undertaken on Data Analytics Six years experience of being a Team Leader and Head of Department Being part of a project team that created a new in house system and bonus scheme A great team player, who is good for morale, and have it noted in regard my attention to detail, can do attitude and obsessiveness in my role, and all my work being to a high standard To be known as the best at what I do, within the role that I have and be the best at it in the UK.
