About Darryl Parker

Darryl Parker is an experienced civil trial attorney who has been practicing for over 30 years. Born and raised in New York City, he received his B.A. in political science from Fordham University in New York in 1976. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law where he graduated in May of 1980. He was admitted to the California Bar in December of 1980 and worked from 1981 to 1984 as co-counsel on numerous cases with the legendary Howard Moore Jr, known throughout the country as the leading scholar on issues of individual liberty. Darryl has focused his practice on employment-related matters since 1982. He has been serving the greater San Francisco Bay area since he started his private practice in 1984 and expanded his practice to Washington upon his admission to the Washington Bar in He became a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar in 2014. He resides in Washington with his family, but continues to serve both Washington and California. He has handled numerous appeals since 1983, including several resulting in published opinions.
