About Darryl Parmenter

Darryl W. Parmenter is a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer with Parmenter Realty Partners in the Miami office. With over 35 years of experience in acquisition, development and management operations, Darryl leads Parmenter Realty Partners overall strategic direction. Since its inception 1989, Darryl has been instrumental in positioning Parmenter Realty Partners as a premier real estate investment and management company. Under Darryl’s leadership, Parmenter Realty Partners has achieved consistent growth and his innovative approach as made Parmenter Realty Partners a leader in the industry. Prior to forming Parmenter Realty Partners, Darryl was Managing Partner at Lincoln Property Company. His responsibilities included development, management and property acquisition for the company’s assets. Among these developments was 701 Brickell Avenue in Miami Florida where Parmenter Realty Partner currently resides. Prior to that, Darryl was a Senior Investment Broker for Coldwell Banker (CB Richard Ellis) where he was recognized and included in the Colbert Coldwell Circle, a designation given to the top 10% of the brokers nationally, for his outstanding performance. Darryl has served on several national and regional civic and charitable boards, and is currently an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he is a Governor and serves on the Urban Development Mixed-Use Council. He is also a member of the Real Estate Round Table, and serves on the Advisory Board of Institutional Real Estate, Inc.
