I’m a Visionary and Entrepreneur specializing in Business Development. I am a self-motivated, humble, passionately driven individual with an exceptionally creative mind. My background includes over forty-one (41) years in business management and leadership including; Army Reserves, Energy Management, construction management, real estate industry, business development, real estate financing, land development, compliance, and contracts. I have conducted the feasibility studies and due diligence on over 50 various project ideas, business plans, and the individuals associated with the presentations. I have secured approximately $50 Million in commercial and residential funding. I have actively worked on the conceptual creation of twenty-one (21) business plans with the development of over acres. I have prepared requests and plans for funding of $15B. This extensive development process required me to be proficient with the use of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, and Construction PM software (all self-taught). In addition to my real estate background, I served 14 years in the Army Reserves, worked as an electrical contractor, environmental project/construction manager, hazardous material handling and recycling, and formed a hazardous waste lighting maintenance company to perform energy audits for private and government agencies (DoE, Carolina Power, Duke Solutions, Louisville Gas and Electric, TECO, Florida Power, Johnson Controls and ENRON).
