I advise established businesses on how to achieve sustained revenue growth. Businesses are taught practical business skills, leadership techniques & other processes essential to achieving desired results. This culminates in the creation of a business growth plan which provides key steps and time frames to achieve desired growth targets. I have worked directly with more than 300 businesses. 71 percent of them report increases in revenues after 6 months. 47% created net new jobs within 6 months. Advising on leadership and taking calculated risk are among the key lesson taught for obtaining successful business growth. My leadership skills were developed over time directing teams of marketing, sales, operations and technology professionals to exceed established goals. I lead by example after establishing a clear vision and direction for the organizations I work with. I also seek to engage not only the technical skills but having a clear vision and understanding of how to hire the right people for individual contributor and manager roles. Two career achievements I am most proud of are first, being instrumental in the creation of jobs in the United States through training businesses how to achieve sustained growth, which along with an effective business growth plan, provides revenue to fund the creation of new jobs. Second, I am proud of being recognized as a "high potential manager", which resulted in significant personal training opportunities and rapid career growth. I describe my career in 6 phases.
