I am an ambitious individual and maintain a high level of standard across different roles I have and continue executing within the Bank. Having been a part of the industry for the past 20 years, I have acquired an extensive amount of knowledge and skills within the Banking Sector whilst building rapport and trusted relationships with customers and key business partners. The past 8 years has been an interesting and equally enriching journey within Business Banking, from having partnered with SMME`s to now growing and retaining a portfolio of High-value Premium Business Banking customers. My exposure within Business Banking, has allowed me to develop an ecosystem mindset whilst collaborating with key business partners to effectively solution for our customers and stakeholders within their value chains. I am extremely passionate about client experience, partnering for growth with customers and my own self-development. Honesty and Integrity are some of the attributes that has been fundamental to my success over the years. I have also demonstrated the ability to implement strategies and continuously deliver exceptional sales and service results within my portfolio in order to contribute towards achieving our Business Banking objectives as a team.
