Co-ordinate with multiple stake holders like Banks, Schemes (Master Card / Visa) regional financial bodies, etc. to create and deliver the best possible solution for the product. Evaluated operational processes and recommended cost-effective solutions. Developed and supported implementation of company-wide business solutions. Customized and presented IT solutions to principles, controllers and managers across the region. Adapted workflow to meet need business needs.
