Over 16 years of Strategic Leadership experience, primarily ideating, driving & delivering Data, Digital & Tech Enabled outcomes, whilst working with credit bureaus like Experian, TransUnion CIBIL as well as New age Fintech leaders like One97 Communications Ltd,(Paytm, Digital Payment Solutions), TRUSTING SOCIAL (AI Fintech), LENDDOEFL (Identity Verification & Credit Scoring Technology), & ADVANCE. AI (Digital Identity, Compliance and Risk Management). Moved to India in 2008, with the mandate to setup, build and establish TransUnion CIBIL in India. Selected as incumbent based on the experience of working with Equifax Canada Inc as Commercial Account Manager. Post the 8 year highly impactful engagement with CIBIL as Vice President, went on to join Experian, to Head the Credit Services function. Spearheaded innovations & built products that helped move Experian to #1 Position in key areas. Currently (Since 2020, Till date)@ PAYTM (One97 Communications Ltd): As Sr. Vice President, leading a large workforce specialized in Data Science and Ai. The role involves enabling all businesses spanning Lending, User Growth Retention, Recharge and Utilities, Ad’s Business, Offline Payment, CLM, Insurance, Mutual Fund & GEN AI Experience Landscape across Super APP & Digital Businesses:* Enhancing App Growth: Implementing strategies for content placement, monetization, and user retention.* Boosting Engagement: Developing strategies to increase user interactions and cross-sell opportunities.* Advanced Modeling: Creating propensity and churn pricing models to optimize user retention and pricing strategies.* AI Excellence: Establishing a Center of Excellence (CoE) for AI to spearhead research, development, and proof of concepts.* Lender Recommendation Engine: Building sophisticated models for lending businesses, including Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and Merchant Cash Advances.
