I am a dedicated and results-driven professional with a background in production engineering and a proven track record in production management. I graduated from Vishwakarma Institute of Engineering and have honed my skills as a Production Manager where I meticulously plan and organize production activities to ensure optimal efficiency and quality. In my role as a Production Manager I excel at developing and implementing comprehensive production plans schedules and workflows. I ensure seamless coordination with procurement logistics and maintenance departments optimizing resource utilization and consistently meeting production targets. My commitment to quality control is unwavering and I oversee the implementation and monitoring of rigorous quality control measures to maintain the highest standards. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Asian Institute of Quality Management where I passed with an A grade. This certification has equipped me with advanced methodologies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within my team. Looking ahead I am excited to further my education as an upcoming student at the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli.
