About Darshana Rajgor

With a background in Accounts and Finance, coupled with extensive banking experience from my tenure at JP Morgan, I transitioned successfully into the role of Cabin Crew with GoAirways. This role provided me with invaluable insights into safety, security, first aid, hospitality, service, and time management. Subsequently, I began my journey as an Executive Assistant to the General Manager, and later to the Executive Director. These roles enabled me to leverage my past experiences, gaining a deep understanding of general business practices and learning extensively from the upper management team. Equipped with this wealth of knowledge and expertise, I have realized my dream role as a member of the Employee Experience Team. Here, I thrive in what I love most: interacting with people and delving into the psychology of human behavior.
