About Darwin H.

I am a graduate of Biomedical Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with an interest in medical devices, compliance and presentation. Last summer, I was interning in Baxter Singapore and was responsible for a database of new registration compliance requirements, consisting of drugs, devices and biologics of 14 Asia-Pacific countries. I was able to directly see how regulations and QC maintain the quality and satisfaction of medical products. Despite the foreign location of the internship, I was motivated to learn and improve and realized traveling with work to learn new perspectives is what I aspire to some day.During my spare time, I enjoy reading books and communicating with new people. The Toastmasters Club, which I co-founded for my college, provides such a platform for students to learn about public speaking and practice. Through the workshops and biweekly sessions, one of our members won 3rd place in a district-wide short speech competition. This was one of my favorite moments in CUHK, and being part of a large community dedicated to make the world communicate as one.At the end of the day, I aspire to be the most satisfied and successful version of myself.
