While some clients have come to call me a Dream Launcher, I am a Vision Design and Mindset Coach, facilitator, speaker, workshop author and the woman behind the unique Vision Cardio methodology. I work with business leaders, kickass visionaries, and disruptive thinkers and their teams to bring their dream of creating massive impact to LIFE. Together we redefine the status quo of the next chapter of your business or personal life into masterpieces of intention, creativity, joy and impact. Beyond each individual’s or organization’s dream, my mission is to redefine the new socioecological normal that we live in. Standing firmly for the greatness of each and every person I work with, I know that when each one of us activates their joy and purpose, ripples and waves create good for the community and our environment. I invite you to ask yourself this question: “If I knew I had the power to design a New Normal - what Future would I want myself and my children to be a part of?” I know that when approached with the intention of our mind and heart, this future is closer than we think. My multidisciplinary background inspires me to combine western & eastern practices with the most to date research to marry “magic with science”. A nerd at heart, I love demystifying edgy spiritual concepts into grounded practical applications making the experience accessible and FUN for my clients. The Vision Cardio approach is rooted in the mind-body-spirit connection and draws from neuroscience, positive psychology, behavioural science, neuro linguistic programming, the law of attraction, mindfulness, and various types of meditation philosophies.*(Very) Briefly On My Personal Journey Of Transformation* Adventures in my previous life took me from a successful career in investment portfolio management, to running a creative agency, to co-founding a customer research startup. All the while, I pursued my fascination and study of the power of our mind and heart, studying many eastern modalities. In 2017 amidst the outward success, I found myself yet again feeling empty and void of meaning, living someone else’s dream. What ensued was a two-year journey of inner transformation, growth, and taking back ownership of my life. In 2019 through a series of intentional steps, synchronicities, and allowing, I tapped into my heart's calling, drastically changed my life, and discovered the roots of what became the Vision Cardio methodology. I set out on a mission to help others launch their dreams, reach their infinite potential and live authentic extraordinary lives.
