About Darya Dimitrova

As a First Class Honours graduate in BA Digital Media Culture and Technology, I’ve developed a strong foundation in front-end development, data analysis and visualisation, and artificial intelligence. These technical skills, combined with a creative and analytical mindset, enable me to deliver practical, user-focused solutions in my current role as a UK Assistant Business Administrator. In this position, I provide Level 1 technical support and manage enterprise systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. I oversee user access and permissions, support system integration, and troubleshoot technical issues — all while working cross-functionally to improve processes, enhance the user experience, maintain high data quality standards, and carry out regular audits to ensure system compliance and operational accuracy. I’m currently expanding my technical skill set by pursuing advanced cybersecurity certifications, including CompTIA Security+ and CREST CPSA. These certifications are helping me build a robust foundation in security principles, compliance, and risk management.
