About Darya Kulyk

I work at the intersection of AI capability and real-world adoption. Most organizations don’t struggle with accessing AI — they struggle with operationalizing it safely inside existing workflows. My focus is helping enterprise teams move from experimentation to durable, repeatable usage with deep ROI: defining guardrails, aligning stakeholders, and embedding AI into daily work instead of side projects. I’ve supported large strategic and regulated customers through platform rollouts, workflow redesign, and change management across marketing, commercial, engineering, digital, and support teams. A big part of my role is translating between end-users, product, technical teams, and leadership — turning AI from a tool into deep transformative program.Areas I spend a lot of time in:• AI workflow adoption & rollout strategy• Governance and risk-aware deployment• Measuring real impact vs pilot usage• Embedding AI into existing processes and rethinking them entirely• Helping teams trust and rely on AI systemsI’m especially interested in how autonomous systems will reshape how work actually gets done — and what organizations need culturally and operationally to make that succeed.Recognized for impactful leadership and driving business transformation by FedHealthIT, my dedication to customer success has been integral in helping my enterprise and public sector clients achieve their goals. My approach is data-driven and customer-centric, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and securing stakeholder buy-in. I love collaborating with engineering, security, product, and marketing teams.
