About Daryl Albert

Every job I've been hired on has been a hands on training company. I had no prior knowledge of how tires are manufactured. After a couple of months working with them I learned so much in all the work that I have nearly mastered the process of inspections specialist. And do it sufficiently with no mistakes is extremely hard. Many people I work with will not attempt this position because of the stress and extreme attention to detail it requires. Plus I had to memorize what every company wants and ask their specifications required which aren't in any books but through hands on daily operations. Everything I learned here is helping me to sharpen my mental skills, speed, and production level to standard that I can't make mistakes or we lose a lot of money from one tire that is disposed of.
