I have been in the BPO Industry since 2016 until now. Customer Service has always been my forte. I 've worked with Concentrix Philippines. Was under the account COMCAST Cable. I was tasked to activate and troubleshoot client's cable, telephone and internet services. I was also designated to entice clients to upgrade their service, handle billing issues, and disputes. I learned to be versatile and patient. I was awarded for one the Most Outstanding Agent in my 1st year with the company. After three years with Concentrix and decided to go work close to my hometown. I worked with G-Click Soundboard Solutions as a freelancer. I was designated as a verifier for multiple political organizations in the US. One of them was the National Police Alliance. Their front-liners transfer their leads to us and we verify their contact info to successfully deliver their mail. Attention to detail was one thing in me that was improved with that job. I moved back to Cebu and worked with Realpage Philippines as a Customer Service Associate. This company supports a lot of apartment complexes and properties in the entire US. I receive calls from tenants who have issues in and out of their abode. I am tasked to accurately document their contact info along with a clear and concise report of their issues. Now I am with Heathybos. My first healthcare company, I am tasked to make outbound calls to remind patients that their supplies are due and determine if they would like to resupply. I always believe that you get what you work for, not what you wish for. My never ending pursuit to become better had always my foundation.
