In my current position, I am responsible for the FMEA based testing and validation of Track Type Tractor transmission controls programs. Key responsibilities include: Building full validation task plans and communicating and directing work for team of 12 engineers across multiple transmission development programs. Tracking and resolving development issues related to transmission controls, managing program development timelines, and determining resource priorities on a daily basis. I have a strong engineering technical foundation based on Measurement Systems and Powertrain Development, as well as hands-on validation of full machine prototypes for Off Highway Truck, Motor Grader, Wheel Tractor Scraper, and Track Type Tractor machines at Caterpillar's Tucson Proving Ground. Technical Foundation/Expertise: New Product Development, Product Validation, Project Management, and Heavy Equipment Powertrain Controls Development. Leadership Skills: Influencing others, communication, program leadership, strategy development & execution, and business acumen with experience leading teams and annual development budget of $3-$5 million.
