As a professional DJ and educational leader with a doctorate in leadership, I’ve seen first-hand what ineffective leadership looks like, and what it can do to both individuals and entire teams. I’ve watched talented people lose confidence, trust break down, and momentum fade because leadership was treated as a position of power instead of a responsibility to empower.
