In fact, here are my Top 5 Strengths in more detail: 1) Attention to details - I take pride in checking and double-checking customer data, numbers, and proper dates when working with invoices & deliveries. It's important to me to be highly organized. 2) Time management - I recently learned from taking a High5 test, that my #1 type is actually Time-keeper. This makes sense, because I rely on schedules, planning apps, and notes to ensure everything gets done correctly and in a timely manner. 3) Efficient way of working - Combining the first two strengths, I always ensure what needs doing, gets done. When I cannot immediately perform a task, I use a hanging clipboard system (and Google task reminders) to make sure they get done as efficiently as possible, and no detail gets left behind. 4) Resourcefulness - if I don't immediately have an answer, I find one. That could mean locating the correct person to ask. It also means finding the right information in a policy binder, or searching the company's intraweb for answers. It makes sense then, that "Thinker" was one of my High5 types. 5) I love learning new things - Curiosity is one of my greatest strengths. This is what motivates me to learn more (and more) about taking on a new role, in an industry that's a bit new to me.
