Now available for new opportunities due to the enforced redundancy. I am looking for a position in either the contract or retail sector within the kitchen/bathroom or bedroom installation industry. A highly motivated inspirational leader who leads with energy and passion, with over 30 Years experience in Contract Kitchens, Bedrooms and Sales Management. Within the last ten years I have broadened my experience by taking a role in the Installation sector, concentrating on the installation of kitchens, and bedrooms in the contract market. In the last 6 years I have progressed from a Regional Installation Manager role in sliding wardrobes, to the contract kitchen market, where earlier in 2022 I was promoted to Head of Installations for Manor Interiors, who provide bespoke, handmade kitchens to the new build market. I lead a team of 4 Regional Installation Managers that cover the UK. I am a SMSTS qualified. I hold an NVQ level 3 in Occupational Site Supervision and hold a Gold CSCS Skills Card. Previous held positions of Installation Manager in the retail sector, leading retail installers in delivering high end kitchens. An individual with a drive and determination to be the best. Constantly striving for a clean sheet of KPI’s and pushing bottom line profit, through great leadership, standards and a constant focus on Installation quality and service. A role model to others with a great coaching style and strong values. A seasoned professional, insightful and strategic thinker. Able to make confident, clear decisions in difficult situations through a wealth of knowledge, experience and intuition. Able to communicate across all levels combined with a determination to deliver a memorable customer experience, personally role modelling excellent levels of service.
