Human Intelligence Collector U.S. Army - Fort Lewis, WA February 2014 to March 2018 Began operations as a junior Human Intelligence Operations in support of 2-2 Stryker Brigade Combat Team. Primarily operated as a team member training on interrogations and source operations. Operated as the single debriefer for the 2-2 Stryker Brigade Combat Team in support of overseas operations in the Pacific Command Area of Operations. Assisted with complex collection operations in the South China Sea against Foreign Intelligence Entities. Developed Intelligence collection capabilities and partnerships with allies in the Pacific Command Area of Operations. Managed 8 different collection platforms as the team leader and squad leader. These positions included the Operational Management Team, Human Intelligence Collection Team, Brigade analyst cell, Brigade S2X, Battalion S2, and lead developer and trainer of junior Human Intelligence Collectors and Analysts. Human Intelligence Collector U.S. Army - Fort Meade, MD March 2018 to April 2021 I managed future operations as a Staff sergeant for the 902d Military Intelligence group, currently known as Army Counterintelligence Command. As the Noncommisoned Officer in Charge of future operations, I directly managed the training, development, and utilization of Counterintelligence agents across the continental United States. Additionally, I assisted with overseas Counterintelligence operations in support of Combined and Joint exercises with NATO Partners. Lastly, I operated as a screening agent, interviewing any and all contractors for Counterintelligence indicators prior to their utilization as Army assets. I utilized my unique Human Intelligence background to enhance operations by providing insight as to how Foreign Intelligence Entities will implement their Human Intelligence Capabilities. Human Intelligence Collector U.S. Army - Fort Sam Houston, TX May 2021 to Present I manage a platoon of intelligence collectors and multiple intelligence collection platforms in support of Army Southern Command and United States Southern Command. I personally manage and operate on complex collection platforms including, but not limited to, friendly force debriefing, source operations, and targeting for lethal and non lethal objectives.
