My journey began in 2019 at Ripple Digital Solutions in South Africa, where I served as an IT Operations Specialist. During my time there, I gained valuable experience in providing comprehensive support for hardware, software, and technical issues. In 2021, I relocated to Hungary and joined Infinityn International Kft. as a Business Technology Specialist. Recognizing my dedication and aptitude, I was quickly promoted to IT Operations Lead. As part of my responsibilities, I have strengthened my skills in administration, Microsoft Azure AD, InTune, ticketing systems, and CRM platforms. I have been actively involved in resolving software and hardware issues promptly and have gained extensive knowledge in cybersecurity. I have contributed to the development of IT security policies, business continuity plans, incident response plans, and data retention policies. Furthermore, I have conducted comprehensive cybersecurity awareness training for all personnel. With proficiency in network administration, cloud computing, database management, scripting, and automation, I am well-equipped to handle various IT challenges. My familiarity with ITIL frameworks, data backup solutions, and software development methodologies adds to my versatile skillset. Prior to my IT career, I excelled in the hospitality industry, gaining valuable experience in leadership, customer service, complaint resolution, and creative problem-solving. Working for Crystal Cruises Luxury Cruise Lines allowed me to thrive in a multicultural environment while traveling the world.
