I enjoy being able to build genuine connections with my customer, understanding and providing solutions to their challenges, making a positive impact to my customer and the industry we are in. What had changed? The only constant in my 20 years is that I have constantly improved myself, to remain on top of the game, in an ever evolving industry. I believe in today's sales, enriching the customer experience is the key towards achieving success. Only by listening and co-creating with them, will we truly be able to fulfil the sales potential of our customers. Outside of work, I am a firm believer of giving back to the society through church and community works.
