High level of experience in the management of Secondary Manufacturing departments, Engineering departments and Business Unit Management within the New Zealand, Picific Island Cluster, Australian and European markets. Proven record in managing multiple business objectives at the same time, as demonstrated while being a key leader within a project team responsible for carrying out a major company restructure, at the same time tasked with managing and executing Engineering requirements to production machinery in Australia, Fiji, Solomon Islands, Samoa and Papua New Guinea to meet global technology transfer requirements. Following on from this managing machinery transition from a closing european factory to enable the expansion in another European factory.
