Over the last several years we have enjoyed the experience of building our own farming enterprise in the Limestone Coast. We have built the entire infrastructure for the operations from a green field canvas, which has provided us a vision for identifying practical solutions that also meet our safety expectations. Recently we have turned our focus on project management, in particular within forestry silviculture, and roadside vegetation management. With our combined previous experience we can offer a holistic approach to delivering a quality project outcome that is delivered with safety as our priority, engaging likeminded personnel and operating modern state of the art well maintained equipment. We are committed to forming honest and open relationships with all our clients. Our clients are kept fully informed, with up to date status reporting and on the ground situations and progress. 20+ years experience in WHS, environmental and quality management within the Construction, Petroleum, Aviation, Transport, Dangerous Goods, Distribution and Emergency Response industries. Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety. Experienced in the facilitation of various health and safety committees. Qualified workplace trainer and assessor able to deliver concise, digestible training. Audit and Design and implement Management Safety and Environmental systems, processes and approaches to minimise and reduce hazards. Coaching and mentoring at all levels to bring about positive cultural change influencing dynamic results in business performance. 18 years experience in conflict resolution, negotiation and providing legislative advice. Establish and achieving Key Performance Indicators, assisting line managers achieving outcome based improvements in their departments. 7 years experience within the dangerous goods environment. Promoter of teamwork, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate myself and influence others.
