I am a highly skilled leader and management professional with a cross-functional background in managing initiatives within environmental and government settings. I am accustomed to fast-paced environments where managing deadlines and unanticipated change is the norm, I relish the opportunity to meet problems ‘head on’ to develop responsible, yet innovative solutions to meet required objectives. My skills also range into the Project Management Professional (PMP) environment as it applies to all aspects of procurement, management and commissioning. In addition, my strengths also extend to Process operations, Plant Maintenance and Asset Management. I have considerable change management expertise and am passionate about leadership and its effect on creating and fostering positive culture and environments.
