About Daryl Wade

I’m a company director with 17 years of experience in HV commissioning, testing and installation as well as company sales and marketing, contract negotiation, scope review, job planning and project management. I have worked on integrated campaigns for major clients such as BHP, Chevron, Rio Tinto, and Woodside and have been recognized with several awards during my career. Our most exciting work to date was being apart of the worlds largest gas project, the Barrow Island Gorgon Gas Plant, but also we found it rewarding to see the results and our effective test techniques unitised and implemented on the protection relay testing. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other colleges past, present and future. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part. I have trade qualifications recognised in both Australian and the Republic of Ireland. And i am currently undertaken a masters degree in project management part time from Curtin University WA.
