About Daryle Waring

With a range of skills gained over 30 years in application development I can improve any team or project. My experience spans software testing, web and mobile app development, test automation framework creation, and cloud and machine learning. I have managed teams, acted as scrum master, developed budgets and resource plans, and built a testing services business from the ground up. I prioritize communication and continuous improvement with my teams. I use my excellent communication skills and empathy to involve and mentor members of my team and I constantly seek opportunities to idevelop others as well as myself. I enjoy working directly with customers to identify their priorities and pain-points to find the best way to deliver an outcome they find exciting. My life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with cancer in 2018. I took advantage of the year of treatment to improve my skills in machine learning/AI, software development and devops, Dart/Flutter development, data engineering and cloud services and I continue to work on personal projects to develop new skills. In my most recent role I built a team responsible for software quality assurance, automated test tooling and frameworks, and mobile platform testing and deployment.
