I am a strategic GRC and Privacy leader with over two decades of experience helping corporations and agencies navigate complex regulatory landscapes while enabling creative excellence. I currently lead a regional team supporting governance, risk, compliance, and privacy for all of IPG’s North American agencies, where we’ve achieved 90% audit success and 85% privacy training completion rate across diverse teams.I have driven large-scale transformation initiatives to unify support functions and business operations by standardizing compliance processes—reducing risk exposure by 30% optimizing cost savings. I’m passionate about embedding privacy and security by design into the development of digital experiences, ensuring that both internal systems and client-facing platforms meet regulatory requirements without slowing down innovation.Thriving at the intersection of compliance, security and creativity— I enjoy partnering with agency leaders and global stakeholders to build scalable, future-ready governance frameworks that protect brand trust and empower bold ideas.
