About Dastin Schulz

Experienced executive with a focus on growth, organizational development and operational excellence. As Chief Operating Officer at Hypercampus, I have been managing the operational activities of a leading training provider for professional development, specializing in IT training in the healthcare sector, for over two years. My responsibilities include growth, course delivery, quality management and the optimization of operational processes in close collaboration with a team of over 40 employees. As an expert in adult education, Education Technology (EdTech) and the Accreditation and Approval Ordinance for Employment Promotion (AZAV), I work with Hypercampus GmbH to enable people from all parts of society to find new career paths. Before joining Hypercampus, I led several sales teams in various companies, including in the private tertiary education market, with great success. I was able to gain experience both in building teams and in restructuring sales departments. With my expertise in sales, organizational design and operational processes as well as my ability to develop employees, I contribute to sustainably supporting companies in their growth targets and leading them to success. I have also been a guest lecturer at renowned universities such as Fresenius University of Applied Sciences and SRH University for several years. Here I teach topics such as psychology, digital transformation and sports management. My aim is to empower people in an increasingly digital world through education and to prepare them for new professional challenges. I am convinced that equal opportunities in education in particular are an important basis for social progress.
