With over seven years of experience in banking operations and project management, I am a VP Core Systems Manager at Luther Burbank Savings, where I oversee the core banking systems, data analysis, and reporting functions. I bring analytical skills, business acumen, and a passion for innovation and efficiency to my role, as well as a background in graphic design that enhances my visual communication and presentation skills. Previously, I was a FVP, CBG Operations Manager and a VP, IB Ops Project Manager at Bank of Hope, where I managed various operational processes, projects, and initiatives for the commercial and international banking groups. I have developed and implemented multiple solutions and enhancements to improve the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of data and operations. I have also collaborated with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with the bank's policies, regulations, and goals. I am driven by the mission of providing exceptional service and value to our customers, employees, and communities, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can help me achieve that.
