I am a results oriented leader, who is decisive, has a bias for action and manages risk with a global experience of 40 years in Telecommunication/IT. I will be able to convey corporate goals and help the Management Teams achieve these goals by providing strong leadership and fostering a creative, cooperative and entrepreneurial environment. The various activities where I will be comfortable are : • Strategic Plan and Manage the development efforts to meet stringent deadlines and manage costs • Network Architecture/Design Expert for New Telco, ISP, FIFA,Asian Games or Olympic Game Events • Define strategic direction for Network Development and Maintenance in cooperation with executive team • Translate visions into plans and results • Strategic and Tactical Planning of Route, Cable and Transport Network, Long haul/Metro/Access Network, Security, protection and Diversity as per service requirement • Strategic and Tactical Planning, implementation of Infrastructure i.e. space, power, earthing, alarms, NMS, Remote Fibre Test and Management System and integration with Geographical Information System • Integration and augmentation with existing NGOSS, Network Management System • Identify opportunities, foster creative thought, distil insights into development projects, and guide these projects to completion • Extending the support to field units for their queries during installation and survey activities. • Approval of NOC and route changes request from various organizations/units. • Represent the company in technology forums includes ASP associations, service provider associations/ companies that provide value add features to our customers and industry sponsored initiatives such as standardization efforts • Ability to inspire, attract & retain talent and communicate Effectively and I have a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and trends • Review of existing Network Architecture and Technologies (DWDM/SDH/Raw Capacity)
