I’m Daulton - husband to Lydia and dad to two amazing kids: Ruby, our fearless 5-year-old adventurer with a passion for dance and exploring Chicago’s parks, and Archer, our 2-year-old whirlwind who’s obsessed with bugs and keeping us all on our toes. When I’m not busy wrangling toddlers or finding creative ways to solve business problems, I’m helping companies unlock their full potential through the power of LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
