With over five years of work experience in the mortgage industry, I am a client service professional with strong data analysis and excel skills. I am passionate about providing exceptional service and support to our partners and clients, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of their accounts and credentials. I currently work as a Senior Partner Access Specialist at Rocket Mortgage, where I compile and submit detailed final approval reviews for new partner applicants in wholesale and correspondent settings. In my current role, I also engage with various internal resources to identify, investigate, and fix process and technology issues, own special projects and requests assigned by leadership, and mentor and coach new team members. I use my data analysis and financial data skills to verify and check all information, accounting for federal and state licensing requirements, and confirm the accuracy of compensation information. I have also completed multiple certifications in accounting, emotional intelligence, and leadership, and I am pursuing my MBA in Business Analytics at Southern New Hampshire University.
