About Dausin C. Olberding

For years, I’ve helped shape campaigns from the ground up—beginning with Bret Richards for Congress and later serving on President Donald J. Trump’s Iowa Victory Team. I went on to lead large-scale, nationwide field operations as Vice President of Field Operations at The Blair Group, ultimately founding Red Wave Field Strategies and later Red Wave Strategy Group, where I continue to guide conservative campaigns at every level. My work has spanned efforts with Never Back Down, Duty to America, Truth & Courage PAC, Will Scharf for Attorney General, and Elon Musk’s America PAC. Today, I channel those same skills—relationship-building, communication, and strategy—into helping customers find the perfect vehicle at Kraig Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Whether in politics or sales, my approach is the same: listen first, understand needs, and deliver real solutions. Outside of the showroom, I remain deeply engaged in politics both locally and nationally. My career has always been driven by connection, whether it’s one voter at the door or one customer in the dealership. I believe the principles that win elections—trust, integrity, and service—are the same ones that create lasting customer relationships.
