I am a seasoned program manager with nine months of cross-functional leadership and strategic planning experience in the dance space, as well as a seven-year history of planning curricula and engaging learners as an instructor. I liaise with program participants and their families to build positive relationships and resolve concerns while ensuring that the company’s support structure is driving artistic development forward with maximum efficacy.
