About Dave Adams

I bring together over two decades of experience in leadership, education, and team building across multiple arenas — the classroom, the football field, the Army, and the business world. As a retired two-time National Champion collegiate football coach, I’ve had the privilege of helping student-athletes succeed at the highest levels, both on and off the field. Today, I channel that same passion for growth and development as a high school business teacher, preparing students with real-world skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. In parallel, I serve as a U.S. Army Reserve officer, where I apply strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills in complex, high-pressure environments. My earlier career as a marketing professional sharpened my ability to tell stories, connect with diverse audiences, and build brands that resonate. Across each of these roles, a common thread runs through my work: building teams, developing people, and driving results. Whether in education, athletics, the military, or business, I thrive on helping others reach their potential.
