I have continually developed my career within the Security and Surveillance field over the past twenty years specialising in leading teams in large corporate environments to reduce risk and ensure full compliance with recognized industry standards. My present role as Senior Manager Campus Security for Victoria University is a engaging role managing contract stakeholders and implementing the latest technological advances to ensure VU students; staff and assets are always safe over multiple sites in metropolitan Melbourne. My high level of technical skills and understanding of processes within the Security and Surveillance industry is matched by my unwaivering honesty and integrity. The ability to recruit, train, develop and lead large teams in what can be a challenging environment to ensure safety and continuity to the business has been an important component of my role as Senior Security Manager in New Zealand; Australia and South East Asia. My international experience has further developed my ability to communicate and relate to different cultures and work effectively together to reach their full potential, and support the business as a whole. My academic achievements include an Advanced Diploma in Management, which I have completed and a Graduate Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
