Here’s the thing: I’ve owned my own consultancy business since 2013. Millions of people have seen my work or have been impacted by something I have done. Usually the client gets the credit and my resume reads like I’m a spy. That’s kinda how this industry operates. I enjoy working on projects that challenge me and require me to come up with creative solutions. I’m not always the subject matter expert on Day 1, but I pull from a diverse set of experiences that have taught me how to hone in on what matters while filtering out noise to make outcome-driven decisions.Currently I’m spending my time on- Streamlining workflows and processes- Architecting solutions that scale for enterprise- Change management for ways teams collaborate and the tools they use- Providing governance and oversight for tools used by organizations and teams using all the other items in this list as the reference pointI serve as a translator between highly specialized engineers and non-technical stakeholders. I am comfortable taking the lead and making decisions in high pressure situations. My attention to detail and analytical abilities drives my passion to find ways to streamline and create efficiencies in everything that I do.I also spent several years volunteering for a Homeowner’s Association, serving on the Board of Directors and as a member of the Architectural Control Committee. But that’s a whole other story.
