Background

About Dave Baiko

I work at the intersection of customers, product, and delivery, helping organizations define real business problems, design practical solutions, and ensure what gets built actually works in the field. My background spans go-to-market leadership, solution consulting, and product-adjacent roles, including experience in regulated and enterprise environments as well as early-stage and growth-stage companies. I’m most effective in situations where ambiguity is high, customer expectations are real, and outcomes matter.I’ve led customer discovery, solution definition, and enterprise GTM efforts for software and AI platforms, partnering closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to translate complex customer, regulatory, and operational needs into clear, implementable solutions. My work often includes defining end-to-end solution workflows, supporting product requirements, enabling partners, and ensuring delivery aligns with what was sold.I value credibility, clarity, and execution, and I care deeply about building solutions that customers trust, teams can deliver, and organizations can stand behind.
