My unique experience spans strategic planning, business expansion, commercial operations, and continuity planning across diverse sectors. Highlights of my career include- Achieved $44M increase in Congressional funding for community policing and de-escalation training. ­- Oversaw the full-cycle planning and construction of a $4M training facility spanning 360+ acres- Created and presented a business resiliency program for the PA Chamber of Business and Industry. Every day, I fall back on the leadership and organizational skills I learned in the U.S. Air Force. Having internalized early on how teamwork and a strong work ethic leads to success, I go above and beyond to inspire collaboration among my teams today.
