I am passionate about helping people to improve their work relationships, reduce the instances of formal complaints so that staff, managers and HR can spend their valuable time on key work. I enjoy working with a range of organisations, businesses and charities in the UK and Europe. I support Human Resource Directors, Business Partners, Advisors and leaders to reduce the instances of complaints, grievances and tribunals. Using mediation and facilitation, I enable leaders, managers and staff to improve their working relationships, reduce stress and increase their levels of wellbeing. I have a team of associates available to help organisations review their general practices and approach to stop bullying, harassment and sexual harassment. As an experienced team of associates we are able to review and investigate complex people issues and problems at local level right through to a whole organisation. We offer specialist advice on resolving sexual harassment and abuse issues at work. I offer specialist training, coaching and advice to frontline staff who find it difficult to cope with angry and aggressive people, customers and the public. This Increases their confidence and capability to reduce complaints. Ultimately, this results in people feeling less stressed and improves their level of wellbeing. I provide guidance, coaching and support to leaders, managers and staff on dealing with bullying and harassment. I enable leaders, managers and staff to feel more confident to manage those who behave badly.
