I am a lawyer specializing in corporate/commercial law, with an insatiable appetite for technology and, specifically, the technology business (especially small-to-medium sized businesses and startups!). My interests and work focuses on matters as diverse as incorporations/ideal shares structures, intellectual property/licensing, employment matters, and contract drafting and review. I'm grateful to have treaded down a diverse and enriching career path before, and after, law school, occupying positions in the non-profit sector, property management, business development, legal technology design, and employment standards, and my career as a musician has fostered a strong appreciation for IP law, particularly copyrights and trademarks, and the licensing of same.
