At Kenmar Corporation: • Technical business development support for multiple principal partners. This includes switches, mirrors, carbon fiber, and design services from Italian suppliers; heat-stroke prevention, anti-slip coating, forgings, and software packages from American suppliers; a low-cost internal combustion engine developed in Australia. • Responsible for managing the interior development timeline and supply base for EV startup Hercules Motors before pausing development and pivoting to marine in late 2021.• Subject matter expert (SME) in building a local seat engineering organization for transplant Tier 1 supplier Tesca Group through June 2022• Seat and restraint engineering management position at electric vehicle start-up Rivian, included one year as interim interior director. • Technical executive representative for the acquisition of my company, Futuris Automotive, by a large Tier 1 supplier, Adient US for $360M• VP of engineering for tech centers in Detroit, supporting traditional OEM business development, and Silicon Valley, supporting Tesla seat and interior business as well as business development for other Electric Vehicle (EV) start-up companies.
