Since 2017 Dave has delivered top-tier results as the Co-Founder of Property Professionals Realty Long Island Construction and Kinetic Conversions. Through these roles he implemented state-of-the-art cloud computing measures conducted intensive profitability analysis and enhanced customer service and relations. In particular he pioneered lead generation to client generation software at Kinetic Conversions supporting significant growth in annual revenue. He also championed automation in the client experience at Property Professionals Realty expanding the organization to become among the top 50 brokerages regionally.
