It's all about creating relationships in business and even more so in Real Estate Investing. I have been focused on building those relationships and making win-win deals happen with others (because it can't be done alone). The specialization is truly in the process of asking the right questions to find out how to help people in their situations. Notes and Creative Finance are the tools I use to do this. I have been involved in Real Estate since 2005, and as an investor since 2012. My company started NotePeer2Peer, a note investing education webinar / webcast, as well as REnoteXchange, a buying and selling platform for note investors. With everything happening differently now, I am focused on mentoring RE investors and wholesalers. Together, we make deals happen in a performance based JV structure. Other than that, I really like to speak to groups of Real Estate Investors, on how to use notes and creative finance strategies to make more deals and create more cash flow so they can break out of the rat race and live life on their terms.
