About Dave Clemons

I have been in the automotive field 15+ years, from the dealer side, to the OEM side and now to the supplier side of the spectrum. I have learned a great deal from everyone I have ever worked with. I have learned to listen and show compassion to the customer and seeing the customer satisfied always gives me the feeling that I have accomplished my goal. I have the ability to complete complex projects from concept to fully operational status. I'm goal oriented, with strong leadership capabilities. I'm highly motivated when it comes to solving issues and enjoy working with a team. I'm FCA Level 2 Technician Certified and I have significant experience with FCA claims processes, warranty administration and all dealership diagnostics tools. I have above average skills with Microsoft Office, computer software and hardware. I have in-depth knowledge of the FCA products and their Infotainment systems and how they operate. I have experience with field test equipment for FCA, Ford and GM. Going to work everyday is still very exciting because I look forward to new challenges and to see how and where I can help my team grow by reducing false claims, NTF and reduce warranty costs all while working to improve customer satisfaction.
